I would not, however, add any fresh garlic. I had the same curiosity once and ruined half a batch of these. For some reason, the bread didn&#039;t set correctly with the garlic in it. They came out kind of flat and weren&#039;t as fluffy. I don&#039;t know if it was my oven, how much garlic I used or what, but I haven&#039;t tried again since. If you try it, let me know. The cheese bread is plenty flavorful on its own, though, without the garlic.</description>

		<description>When I go into San Diego in a couple days I am picking up some Tapioca Flour from Whole Foods or Trader Joes...I am definately making these! Hubs wants me to use grated Mexican Cheese like Queso Seco(sp?). These sound great! I wonder if the addition of fresh garlic would be good.. or ruin them?</description>
